  This staff is not helpful as their products fail to perform. Our lanterns never worked and they simply didn't care. When I brought them in, the attitude was too bad. You should have brought them back sooner, even though they were gifts and I didn't know for a while where to bring them back. Oh boy! Enjoy an attitude adjustment, please, staff. Real needs of customers are in the way here, apparently. Oh, and they are still selling those lanterns in the front window, although the girl couldn't get the new ones to work either.....So beware....
